In 2022, he launched what became the top-performing institutional crypto hedge fund over a 3 year period since fund inception. He left this fund to start Traditional Digital - a more focused, institutional implementation that is designed to grow and evolve as the crypto market matures.​​​​​

With a background in private equity, fund management, and capital formation, Jake spent a decade at global private equity firm Partners Group before founding and scaling multiple businesses. Before joining Traditional Digital, Jake served hundreds of clients across the digital asset space, assisting them in their allocation to crypto-focused products. He specializes in investor relations, fundraising, and strategic partnerships, ensuring seamless engagement with Traditional Digital’s institutional investors.​​​​

An expert in fund operations, administration, and risk management, Michael has 15 years of experience overseeing fund structuring, accounting, and compliance. Before joining Traditional Digital, Michael was the Operating Partner of a venture fund and served as a Chief Operating Officer for an emerging managers fund of hedge funds.
